On the first of December 2017, Greenpeace in Denmark launched a New Year’s resolution campaign on ‘Less Meat – More Green by projecting 14 benefits of lowering meat consumption and production across Copenhagen Harbour and onto the Danish Ministry of Environment and Food. Before sunrise, the projection stood a full hour in a direct communication to the Minister Esben Lunde Larsen, whom Greenpeace encourages to “shrink Danish meat production” and “break up with the industrial livestock lobby” in seven suggested New Year’s resolutions.
