Greenpeace Serves Up Plant Based Lunch for Ministry of Environment and Food in Copenhagen

Greenpeace volunteers stand ready in front of the Ministry of Environment and Food, to offer a plant-based lunch to political rapporteurs, ministry employees and Environmental and Food Minister Esben Lunde Larsen. The invitation to Esben Lunde Larsen was to make 2018 the year he publicly backs a policy of reduced production and consumption of industrial meat and dairy, in favour of a plant-rich diet.
