Greenpeace and coalition of organic farmers and schools work for healthy veggie meals in Thailand

Greenpeace Southeast Asia arranged a meeting with two public schools in Mae Tha Subdistrict administrative organization and local organic community to start building collaboration in changing school lunch toward ecological menus.

The organic farming community proposed to sell their produce to schools at discounted price, while schools will work with send a list of vegetable needed for school lunch to the farming community so that they adjust their planting calendar.
